Couponing Organic Way

I wanted to see how I could afford the wonderful organic food that was out of my budget. Found out that if you get a list of the organic products that your local store carries you can search that company on the internet and you can sign with them to send you or give you a link to print coupons. Another way of saving money towards organics is to go to the Publix on their Buy One Get One Free sale days and apply a coupon to each of the items you buy.
You can be on the lookout for the store coupons on organic items. Whole Foods and Publix have booklets with coupons.  Get several copies. Sign up to Publix  Greenwise magazine. That has coupons but it is a magazine that comes every like three months. Print coupons from WholeFoods and take them to Publix ( if they sell the same items). Mambosprouts has healthy coupons. Go to  Target and click the link "coupons" found  at the bottom of the homepage. On a weekly basis find coupons that you will find useful for that week or the near future and print them. These Whole Foods and Target  store coupons can be taken to a Publix that accepts these stores as a competitor to score high savings!!!
Stacking coupons is when you use a store coupon plus a manufacturer coupon on item. You can do this at Publix, Target, Wholefoods, and Walgreens. Check the store and policy on stacking.
Sign up to get several subscriptions to the newspaper and  follow couponer websites in your area on their coupon match up lists. Some neat websites to follow: Organic Deals, Living Well Spending Less, An Organic Wife, Couponers United, and Southern Savers.
Follow the CVS and Walgreen match up prices as well as in those locations you can make money towards non-food items like paper and goods, make-up, hair products, dental hygiene, etc... This will give you money called  extra care bucks and registered rewards. You earn it free with this method! Overage is another couponing money making technique that you can make at Publix or Wallmart. Many of the couponing queens rather go to Publix than Wallmart but Wallmart has a new policy for coupons so if you shop at Wallmart then take advantage of Wallmart. Fun thing at Wallmart too is that they price match. So take your competitors ads to get better prices at wallmart! ( Check Wallmart policy ). Sometimes you will have to buy things you don't really use to make this money. One time I bought a gas reliever medicine that I never use but gave a great amount of overage. Any items that are used to make money you can donate to your local food bank or charity of your choice. Use the money that you make  towards your non-food items and/or organics in the same  transaction you made the 'free" money!
Worried about the wording on coupon that says  "one coupon per product or customer"? This has to do per transaction or per product for the most part. So you can buy as many of that item (grocery store items only), add a coupon to each item, and pay in one transaction at different stores (CVS has a limit on products you can buy when they have deals).  Publix has the BOGO sales so that is the best store to shop here in Florida. BOBO is a word in the couponing lingo which means Buy One Get One Free. Make sure you build a relationship of trust and respect with the Publix cashier. You want one that will understand the couponing method of shopping or willing to learn it! Use your Albertson's competitors store coupons at Publix from Friday to Sunday to save even more! Check on the expiration dates of your competitor store coupons. Some may last for a longer period of time! I like store coupons because they also help my healthy grocery bill get lower and they offset the cost of my newspaper subscription or price of purchased coupons! Talking about expiration dates always check the expiration dates of your coupons before you hand them to your cashier. That can save you time and embarrassment!

When you visit your different stores pick up a few copies of their coupon booklets found mostly at the entrance of the store and sometimes scattered through the stores. I like to get Publix Green Advantage, Yellow Advantage, Gentle on The Earth, and their season savings which usually is titled after the season as in Summer savings, etc... Wholefoods also has coupon booklet book at the front of the store.

Double coupons is a great coupon benefit that many people in many states enjoy. In Florida the stores don't allow to double coupon. Basically with double coupon your coupon doubles in value when you use it.

The key on couponing is to stock up when there are great deals. You can buy coupons at Ebay. Type the name of the product and the word coupon. The pick a seller with a high feedback score. Another great place to buy coupons is  Coupon Clippers. I have purchased 6-15 coupons at a time from this great online resources. Check on expiration dates before you buy. You don't want to buy something that will expire so soon that by the time they arrive they have already expired. Allow 3 days minimum for delivery but it can take a couple more days if you choose regular shipping.

If you don't see a sale on something you need but you have been saving those competitor store coupons (usually have to print)  and you have a manufacturer coupon you can take it to Publix (if it accepts that other store as a competitor) or to that store to get a good deal. Many times you can get those items for half price with this technique. manufacturer coupons are found in the weekly coupon insert in the newspaper, at the store, and/or printing from the internet.

You will have to print most organic coupons! So get used to it!
