What to do with Circulation Problems

A lot of my problems with circulation are hereditary and others are from lifestyle. My health sometimes have caused issues with this but these days I have been doing a lot to stay strong and healthy except for exercising. Although eating nutritiously and exercising seem to be my achilles heel. When I work on the computer for hours its very easy to not want to move. I get very focused and want to finish my projects. But my husband hears me complaining and he says I need to exercise.
That is the truth I need to get up and move it!

Now the song is great for dancing and anything that tells me to get and move is certainly helpful. I decided to write this words to remind me.

What we have deducted for me to have good health I need to nourish my body with whole foods and when it comes to exercise I need to do it every three to four hours when working in my office.

One day my circualtion was so bad. Here is what I have written about it:

My health has also gone through many problems off and on during the years. One major scare was in 2006 when I lost so much weight my sister thought I was going to die and hubbby was really concerned. I couldn't eat and drink and my organs were starting to fail. My chest hurt extremely. My legs stopped wanting to work. I couldn't walk. Everytime I would try I would collapse on the floor. When taken to the hosital, they only gave me pain medication. My parents in law  at the time were going to a place  where he was  receiving IV treatments that contained vitamins and minerals to strenghten his body through the ordeal of stage 4 cancer. Whala! That is what started to get me back in track. I changed my diet drastically during the duration of that illness. When I got better I changed back to my regular foods just because I couldn't afford the diet and I missed animal protein. However, I do thank them for taking me there. I discovered I was suffering from extreme anemia at the time and this was starting to shut down my organs. So many times my parents in law have adviced me about nutritional supplements. In all my health problems I have encountered healing and energy taking supplements and in improving my nutritional intake. I think I have something related to hypoglicemia for the last few years so I am watching out and taking care of myself for it these days. Other problems with circulation annoy me once in a while too. One day it was so bad I couldn't answer the door when my mother in law was knocking at the door. I was weak and my legs were hurting very bad. She brought me some supplements related to aid circulation and I took them all. It took a whole month to recover from that bad health episode. The reality is that at the end of the  equation it was family who always have been the best doctors and nurses and have nursed me back to good health. I have learned a lot from my mother, my adopted in my heart parents (ones who brought me to the States), my husband, and  my parents in law to stay healthy . When I am stuborn or forget they have always been there to guide me towards good health.  As a busy mom I am greatful for all of their love.
